Croíthe (KREE-HA) are a band from Dublin, steadily making their mark on the city’s vibrant
post-punk scene. Emerging last year, they quickly caught the attention of So Young Magazine
and played curated shows alongside peers like The Murder Capital. After a busy year that’s
seen them play across the UK and Europe , including support slots for Basht., the band are
now gearing up to release their debut EP, A Brief Respite on 31st Oct.
Produced by David Noonan of Just Mustard, the record captures the band’s raw intensity and
emotional pull while offering a glimpse into their growing creative depth. Across “A Brief
Respite” Croíthe explore themes of struggle, alienation, and identity, finding beauty in the
tension between vulnerability and defiance.
It’s a striking first statement from a band unafraid to dig deep, and one that firmly places
them among the most exciting new acts emerging from Dublin right now
