Ncuti Gatwa stars as the legendary Time Lord in this special Christmas episode of the sci-fi adventure drama. When The Doctor arrives at the Time Hotel, a place which allows guests to visit various points in history, he meets Joy Almondo (Nicola Coughlan) and must unravel the mystery of a briefcase which controls whoever carries it and disintegrates its previous holders.
