Low-budget Canadian sci-fi action feature. George (George Tchortov) is part of a team of covert military operatives tasked with hunting down dangerous mutant escapees from a government-led super soldier programme. However, he finds himself questioning his orders when he encounters his latest target, Anna (Alanna Bale). Meanwhile, a serial killer is also targeting the enhanced mutants.
