A government agency known as Dorothea is set up to stem illegal fairy activity following the war between the different nations of Eastald. Dorotheas newest recruit Marlya Noel (voice of Kana Ichinose) is looking to be reunited with her childhood friend Veronica Thorne (Ayaka Fukuhara). However, when Marlya discovers that Veronica is involved in illegal fairy activity the pair have a strained and uneasy relationship as they look to trade information to help each other.
