Low-budget thriller directed by Buz Wallick. Carl Highstrom (Rib Hillis) is a storm-chasing serial killer who uses storms to hide his crimes. Abby Fields (Tara Erickson) is a full-time nurse for Hannah (Clarke Wolfe), a housebound coma patient. When an impending hurricane causes the area to evacuate, Abby and Hannahs sister Ella (Mary ONeil) must stay behind with Hannah, putting them in the path of the hurricane and the killer.
