Cody Hartman directs this American drama which portrays the events that followed the sinking of the RMS Titanic. Senator William Alden Smith (Cotter Smith) chairs an inquiry into the disaster to investigate what went wrong with the luxury liner that cost over 1500 people their lives when it sank in the North Atlantic on 15th April 1912. Smith must obtain as many eyewitness accounts as possible, in an effort to ascertain whether the tragedy was the result of negligence or an act of God.
