During this unprecedented time, Common has been involved in COVID fundraisers and activism, Black Lives Matter, and racial justice protests, rallies, and discussion forums. He has also launched a wellness series for mind and body, and his stressed mental health and self-love as being necessary to achieve racial justice. He most recently launched a voting initiative with Alicia Keys called U2020. And he wrote a recorded a song for the impactful new children’s show on Netflix, Bookmarks, produced by The Obamas.
