This is Pink Floyd’s fifth studio album and was originally released in October 1970. The album was recorded at Abbey Road Studios in London.  It was the band’s first recording with an orchestra and their first album to reach number 1 in the UK. 

The Division Bell

The fourteenth studio album from Pink Floyd, The Division Bell was released in 1994. The album was written mostly by David Gilmour and Richard Wright, with Polly Samson co-writing most of the lyrics, which deal with themes of communication. It reached the number 1 spot in the charts in many countries, including the UK and US.
