Modeselektor – the Berlin duo of Gernot Bronsert and Sebastian Szary – finally join the ranks of the DJ-Kicks series, marking a long-held ambition in the same year that DJ-Kicks and !K7 Records celebrate milestone anniversaries.
Known for their restless creativity and refusal to follow a straight line, Modeselektor bring that same approach here.
The mix was assembled quickly but instinctively, capturing their signature push-pull between club rhythms and more abstract, beatless selections.

Field recordings made on tour, including a snippet from a session in Kingston, Jamaica, add another layer to the mix.

In the unlikely event you receive an item from us that is either defective or faulty, please let us know so we can arrange collection of the item and dispatch a replacement as soon as possible. If goods are being returned due to being defective or an error on our behalf, we will refund delivery charges resulting from the return of the original order. Non-defective items:
If, for some reason, a customer wishes to return an item that is not defective, we will accept the item and issue a refund within 14 days from the day you received the item.
