Prophecy + Progress , a masterpiece compilation that traces the history of British industrial/electronic music, which rapidly evolved from the late '70s through the '90s, is now available on CD as a massive two-disc set, featuring all the original tracks from Volume I plus 13 additional tracks from Volume II!

This wonderful selection offers a glimpse into the history of British industrial and electronic music, featuring artists such as CLOCK DVA, a long-established industrial band from Sheffield that has been active since the early '80s; KONSTRUKTIVISTS, who are being re-evaluated as a roots of techno; 5X0D = FIVE TIMES OF DUST, known for a series of reissues on the popular US label MINIMAL WAVE and the prestigious Spanish label DOMESTICA RECORDS; COLIN POTTER, a leading voice in the UK audio scene; JOHN AVERY, who worked with CABARET VOLTAIRE and CLOCK DVA and was himself a member of the later band HULA, one of Sheffield's leading industrial scenes; and ATTRITION, a gothic industrial group from Coventry, England.
