Originally released in 1992, Black Moon marked the return of Emerson, Lake & Palmer after a fourteen-year studio absence. Reuniting Keith Emerson, Greg Lake and Carl Palmer for a new era, the album pairs the band’s trademark technical edge with a leaner, early 90s production style.
This 2CD 2017 remastered edition presents the original album with upgraded clarity and balance, restoring weight to the rhythm section and definition to Emerson’s keyboard work. Tracks such as the driving title cut “Black Moon” and the melodic “Affairs of the Heart” underline a record that bridges classic prog ambition with contemporary rock sensibilities.
The second disc expands the set with bonus material including B-sides and additional recordings from the period, offering a broader picture of ELP’s final studio chapter. Refund and Returns Policy Faulty or defective items:
In the unlikely event you receive an item from us that is either defective or faulty, please let us know so we can arrange collection of the item and dispatch a replacement as soon as possible. Please email us at info@towerrecords.ie to arrange the return of a defective item. If goods are being returned due to being defective or an error on our behalf, we will refund delivery charges resulting from the return of the original order.
