In the spring of 2000, Mer De Noms (French for "Sea of Names") arrived as a seismic shift in the alternative rock landscape. Marking the highest-ever Billboard 200 debut for a rock band’s first album at the time, the record introduced the world to the visionary partnership between guitarist Billy Howerdel and vocalist Maynard James Keenan (Tool, Puscifer).
The record is a meticulous study in dynamics, defined by Howerdel’s lush, layered guitar work and the precise, rhythmic backbone provided by Josh Freese and Paz Lenchantin. Mer De Noms remains a raw, emotional blueprint that set the stage for the sophisticated evolution seen on later albums like Thirteenth Step and Eat the Elephant. Refund and Returns Policy Faulty or defective items:
In the unlikely event you receive an item from us that is either defective or faulty, please let us know so we can arrange collection of the item and dispatch a replacement as soon as possible. Please email us at info@towerrecords.ie to arrange the return of a defective item. If goods are being returned due to being defective or an error on our behalf, we will refund delivery charges resulting from the return of the original order. Non-defective items:
If, for some reason, a customer wishes to return an item that is not defective, we will accept the item and issue a refund within 14 days from the day you received the item.
