Celebrating its 35th anniversary in 2026, ATHEIST's second opus, "Unquestionable Presence", is a landmark in progressive metal music fusing the insane aggression and speed of death and thrash metal with atmospheric and complex rhythmic patterns, incredible time changes and a jazz element revolutionary in extreme music back in 1991. Overshadowed by the way too early passing of bassist Roger Patterson at the age of 22, Cynic bassist Tony Choy helped out to complete this masterpiece which was inducted into Decibel's "Hall Of Fame" in 2005 with Kevin Stewart-Panko stating: "Consisting of mathematical song writing, heady lyrical concepts and a rhythm section bordering on the inhuman, "Unquestionable Presence" set a technical metal benchmark and remains one of the most underrated albums in extreme music history". Refund and Returns Policy Faulty or defective items:
In the unlikely event you receive an item from us that is either defective or faulty, please let us know so we can arrange collection of the item and dispatch a replacement as soon as possible. Please email us at info@towerrecords.ie to arrange the return of a defective item. If goods are being returned due to being defective or an error on our behalf, we will refund delivery charges resulting from the return of the original order. Non-defective items:
If, for some reason, a customer wishes to return an item that is not defective, we will accept the item and issue a refund within 14 days from the day you received the item.
