Marillion, formed in 1979, have carved out an impressive legacy as one of the most commercially successful neo‑progressive rock acts of the 1980s and remain a standout presence in the genre today. Their 2019 orchestral album “With Friends From The Orchestra” brings together nine classic Marillion songs, re‑imagined with the ‘In Praise of Folly’ String Quartet, joined by Sam Morris on French horn and Emma Halnan on flute. Familiar tracks are transformed into cinematic, atmospheric pieces rich in nuance, texture and feeling. “With Friends From The Orchestra” offers a fresh and distinctive perspective on Marillion’s sound; and a running time of over 80 minutes of music. The result is a warm, organic-sounding record that allows the emotional weight of Steve Hogarth’s vocals and the band’s songwriting to take center stage, accompanied by beautiful orchestral arrangements.

Refund and Returns Policy Faulty or defective items:
In the unlikely event you receive an item from us that is either defective or faulty, please let us know so we can arrange collection of the item and dispatch a replacement as soon as possible. Please email us at info@towerrecords.ie to arrange the return of a defective item. If goods are being returned due to being defective or an error on our behalf, we will refund delivery charges resulting from the return of the original order. Non-defective items:
If, for some reason, a customer wishes to return an item that is not defective, we will accept the item and issue a refund within 14 days from the day you received the item.
