The band's debut album, released in 1972. Frontman Bryan Ferry's lyrical evocations of romance and glamour, references to pop art, and allusions to both old Hollywood and futuristic science fiction were showcased in an eclectic and unique musical soundscape forever immortalized in the 1950s-style album cover, one of the most iconic record covers of the 1970s. The album would go on to become one of the most pioneering and important debut albums of all time. For this 50th anniversary edition, the album was given the Half Speed treatment by Miles Showell at London's Abbey Road Studios. To reflect the improved audio, the album cover has been similarly revised with lyrics and a Deluxe gloss finish. This isn't just a record, it's a work of modern art. This limited, remastered edition includes Japanese translations of the lyrics.

Refund and Returns Policy Faulty or defective items:
In the unlikely event you receive an item from us that is either defective or faulty, please let us know so we can arrange collection of the item and dispatch a replacement as soon as possible. Please email us at info@towerrecords.ie to arrange the return of a defective item. If goods are being returned due to being defective or an error on our behalf, we will refund delivery charges resulting from the return of the original order. Non-defective items:
If, for some reason, a customer wishes to return an item that is not defective, we will accept the item and issue a refund within 14 days from the day you received the item.
