The Modern Jazz Quartet had become a jazz institution by the time Pyramid was recorded, but they never lost their creative edge, and their performances, even when presenting new versions of classics like "Django" or "Vendome" are quite stimulating, enthusiastic, and fresh. John Lewis was the director of the The Lenox School of Jazz from its inception in 1957, to its end in 1960. During Lewis' 1959 teaching period in Lenox, the Modern Jazz Quartet began to record the sessions that would produce their Pyramid. The album, one of the group's very best, would be completed during sessions held in New York on December 180-GRAM COLORED BLUE VINYL - THE COMPLETE ALBUM + 2 BONUS TRACKS . Refund and Returns Policy Faulty or defective items:
In the unlikely event you receive an item from us that is either defective or faulty, please let us know so we can arrange collection of the item and dispatch a replacement as soon as possible. If goods are being returned due to being defective or an error on our behalf, we will refund delivery charges resulting from the return of the original order. Non-defective items:
If, for some reason, a customer wishes to return an item that is not defective, we will accept the item and issue a refund within 14 days from the day you received the item.
