The Waterboys were formed in London in 1981 and led by the singer/ songwriter Mike Scott, the groups only constant member - with the supporting musicians ever changing around him 1988s Fishermans Blues is the Waterboyss 4th album, for whichthe band were joined by traditional Irish players over a 3 year period, recording a mix of Irish trad, country, Soul and Rock, resulting in a stripped- down, folky sound which was a marked step away from the "big music" he founded and pursued in previous albums. It has been called their warmest and most rewarding record. The album has cut at half-speed by Barry Grint at AIR Studios, London.

Refund and Returns Policy Faulty or defective items:
In the unlikely event you receive an item from us that is either defective or faulty, please let us know so we can arrange collection of the item and dispatch a replacement as soon as possible. Please email us at info@towerrecords.ie to arrange the return of a defective item. If goods are being returned due to being defective or an error on our behalf, we will refund delivery charges resulting from the return of the original order. Non-defective items:
If, for some reason, a customer wishes to return an item that is not defective, we will accept the item and issue a refund within 14 days from the day you received the item.
